Thanks for joining me!
This blog is a safe place for coffeehouse conversations, and for the caffeine addicts who need a little reassurance that they, in fact, are not alone. The first ever blog post is going to be about the little coffee shop I visited before making my ultimate decision of where I would spend the next four years of my life studying Elementary Education… That little shop is named FireCreek Coffee. It was sometime in March of 2018 that I visited Northern Arizona University on my college touring adventure. After falling in love with the school, I fell in love with the character of downtown Flag, right where Firecreek resides. FireCreek Coffee Company exists for the New-Age Travelers, music lovers, coffee connoisseurs, and anyone who is looking for an eclectic place to have a good conversation. Those who fall under these categories will want to come to this gem of a place to grab a cup of coffee, make new friends, or meet up with old ones. On that fateful day when I walked through the red door of my future, I knew I had picked the right college… and the right place for coffee.
“I noticed the baristas were wearing a mix of clothes from local shops or goodwill, as if my favorite picture of my relative from the 70s jumped out at me with a kick of contemporary flare. They did not fret to build up a good conversation with me as they filled my cup, and soul to the brim with an affordable cup of coffee.”
